2 packages (15 count) mini phyllo shells
2 large eggs
½ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon streetcart blend
4 ounces Swiss cheese
freshly grated Baby spinach leaves
finely chopped Red bell pepper
finely diced Mushroom
finely diced Cooked bacon strips
finely chopped Smoked turkey and or ham finely chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Remove phyllo shells from the freezer
Beat together the eggs, cream and Streetcart blend to create a beautiful golden mixture. Set mixture aside.
Place phyllo shells in a mini muffin tin or on a baking sheet. We prefer the muffin tin so the filled shells won’t move around.
Now for the fun part: Create a variety of quiche flavors using the finely chopped and minced vegetables and meats listed above or add your own favorites (or leftovers).
Such as: Red bell pepper and spinach (our fav) for a colorful touch. Bacon for classic quiche. Mushroom for vegetarian quiche. Meat lovers with all the meats. Veggie lovers with all the vegetables. Ham (or smoked turkey) and Swiss.
Place a small amount of colorful ingredients in each shell.
Add freshly grated Swiss cheese to each shell.
Top with the golden egg mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from pan and cool on baking rack.
Garnish with finely chopped chives, if desired.
Watch them disappear!
