The first in the series is on Monday, 10/23 at 6:00pm, where we will explore the vibrant flavors of the desert with 'Cooking with Cactus'.

The date night menu included:
Nopal Smoothie, Prickly Pear Lemonade, Dragon Fruit, Nopal Paddles with refried beans, nopalito salsa and asadero cheese, air fried nopalitos with prickly pear bbq sauce, Greek cactus with honey and pink pine nuts. And lots of great conversation!
